LOL Weekender was founded in 2025 with one vision: to bring people together through music, culture, unity and unforgettable experiences.

Our journey began with a simple observation. While Caribbean and Soca Weekenders were growing in popularity, we felt that not every island, culture or musical influence was being equally represented. The smaller Caribbean islands, including the French-speaking Caribbean and their unique sounds, often lacked the recognition they deserved and we wanted to change that.

LOL Weekender was created to celebrate the diversity of the Caribbean, where every island has a place, every culture is appreciated and everyone feels welcome. From Soca, Dancehall and Reggae to Bouyon, Dennery Segment, Zouk, Kompa and beyond, we believe Caribbean music and culture should be celebrated in all their richness and diversity. But LOL is about so much more than music and parties.

We’re about family. We’re about connection. We’re about creating memories with people who arrive as strangers and leave as friends.

Since hosting our first weekender in 2025, we’ve been building a community where inclusivity, togetherness and good energy are at the heart of everything we do.

Whether you’re representing St Lucia, Jamaica, Dominica, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Grenada, Haiti or anywhere else in the world, there’s a place for you at LOL.

Our experiences bring together themed parties, incredible DJs, cultural celebrations, laughter, travel and opportunities to connect with people from all walks of life.

We don’t believe in leaving anyone out. We believe in bringing everyone together.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: to create an inclusive Caribbean-inspired experience that celebrates our differences, strengthens our connections and makes everyone feel part of one big family.

Because at LOL Weekender, it’s not just about where you come from, It’s about the love, the culture, the music and the memories we create together.
