1. EVENT TICKETS & ENTRY

 

1.1 Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.  

1.2 Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the event organisers.  

1.3 Valid photo ID may be required for entry.  

1.4 The event is 18+ only. Entry will be refused without valid ID.  

1.5 The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who pose a risk to others, behave inappropriately, or breach        event rules.  

 

2. TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

  

2.1 Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights and accommodation, unless stated otherwise in the event package.  

2.2 The organizers are not responsible for travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or visa requirements.

 

3. EVENT SCHEDULE & CHANGES

 

3.1 The event lineup, venue locations, and schedule are subject to change without notice. 

3.2 If an artist, DJ, or special guest is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be issued.  

 

4. CONDUCT & LIABILITY

  

4.1 Attendees must respect the laws and regulations of Portugal at all times.  

4.2 The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings.  

4.3 Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout the event.  

4.4 Any damage caused to venues or accommodation by an attendee may result in financial liability for repairs.

4.5 Attendees must respect themselves and others while at any event or venue. Anyone deemed to be disruptive

      will be asked to leave the event with no refund.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

 

5.1 Tickets are non-refundable except in cases where the entire event is cancelled.  

5.2 If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates.  

5.3 If an attendee cannot attend, reselling tickets is only allowed with approval from the organisers.  

 

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

  

6.1 By attending, you agree to be filmed and photographed for promotional purposes.  

6.2 If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the media team at the event.  

 

7. COVID-19 & HEALTH REGULATIONS

 

7.1 Attendees must follow any local health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event.  

7.2 The organizers are not responsible for any travel restrictions, quarantine requirements, or additional costs due to changes

      government regulations.
